Printing

Cold stamping of Sheet Metal

We specialise in cold stamping of sheet metal. We use large and medium tonnage mechanical presses from 1250 T to 40 T to ensure efficient processing and produce a wide range of components for different industries, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and uniformity.

Robotized Line

Our line is equipped with mechanical presses and equipped with N 5 machines from 800 to 500 T, capable of performing stamping operations on sheets of different sizes and thicknesses. Our presses are supported by 6 COMAU robots of the latest generation supported by advanced automation systems that guarantee fast and precise production, minimising downtime.

Assembling

Our stamped parts assembly sector is equipped with:

  • Spot welding robots – programmed to weld at specific positions, optimising process quality and speed.
  • Projection welders from 45 kva to 125 kva – machines that ensure uniform and strong welds, crucial for applications requiring high reliability.
  • Dedicated assembly stations – designed for specific processes, reducing cycle times and improving the quality of the finished product.
  • Continuous wire welding machines – used for applications requiring long, continuous welds. These machines guarantee strong, high quality joints, particularly suitable for the production of structural components.

Assembly Department

Our electrical component construction and assembly department is equipped with over 40 workstations, about 30 of which are equipped with small to medium power projection welding machines. We use continuous wire and projection welding techniques to ensure robust and reliable connections. This allows us to assemble electrical components that meet the highest standards of safety and performance.

Control Sistems

To ensure the highest quality of our products, LMS has implemented control systems at all stages of the production process. These systems constantly monitor the machining parameters, allowing real-time adjustments and ensuring that each part produced meets the required specifications.
